The L.M.I manufactures its own butterfly valves with the same technology used by Erhard company of Germany, previously transferred to Iran.

These valves are made within the diameter range of 200 to 1800 mm utilizable at 6,10,16 and 25 Bars.

The material for manufacturing the butterfly valves is chosen among the best quality.

The body and main parts are of ductile cast-iron (Grade: GGG50), the shaft and inner components are of stainless steel and cast-iron and finally the rubber parts are of NBR or EPDM material.

• Proper design of the gearbox parts which guarantees a facile on and off switching.
• Easy installation along the mains, due to the stands devised beneath the valves.

  The coating can be either epoxy paint, for the internal and external application , or enamel as internal and epoxy paint as external.

  The latter internal coating for this high resistibility against corrosion and providing a smooth and runny inner surface for the valve is strongly recommended.
